How do credits work?+
Every tracked prompt consumes a fixed monthly credit cost based on cadence: 30 credits / prompt / month for daily, 10 for every 3 days, 4 for weekly. Pick the cadence that matters and the plan that fits the math.
Why are almost all features identical?+
We don't believe in gating the basics behind enterprise tiers: the platform is the platform, and plans buy you more credits and more brand projects. The one exception is buyer conversations, where simulated buyers hold real conversations with the assistants. Each round costs us real money, so it starts at Pro.
What are buyer conversations?+
Simulated buyers shop for what you sell, talking to ChatGPT and Gemini the way a real customer would, and we show you whether you come up, who gets recommended instead and what is said about you. Pro runs 25 buyers a month, Agency 100 and Scale 200; each buyer talks to both assistants.
What happens if I run out of credits?+
Nothing breaks. You can keep reading historical data and upgrade plans at any time. Monthly credits reset on the renewal date.
Can I change plans?+
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect on the next renewal.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. Every account starts with a 7-day free trial — no credit card required. After the trial, every paid plan also includes a 14-day window during which you can request a full refund if you've used less than 20% of your credits.
Which LLMs are tracked?+
ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Mode and AI Overview today, on every plan. More models are rolled out periodically and become available to all plans simultaneously.
